Deep Down

Sometimes things just go out of hand and you realize that there is nothing much you can do about it other than waiting for the right time. I believe this is what non immigrants in United states are going through.., So much of students who graduated this year is having a very tough time...,especially after the new OPT policy. Any student who is holding a F1 visa will get the opportunity to work in US for one year as a training. Unfortunately this year all this OPT students are suppose to get their jobs within 3 months else they are suppose to leave the country. But on the other side if the student is able to get a job within that prescribed time then they can stay in US for a year and especially if they are students of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths they can stay for 17 months with extension. Though one side of the people defend this as they treat this as an alternative for H1b. Still things are tough for normal people and even more tough for the fresh graduates. Develop of the skill of communication and dump yourself with less qualifications as the employers are not ready to higher people with really more qualification. Today no employer need the ones with more than 3.5 GPA or a scholar because they are afraid that they may not satisfy their expectations as the stakes are really high these days dump yourself in your resume, subtract your masters and other extra qualifications so that trust me your phone will ring more times than it was before.., now good luck with your job hunts my dear friends..,

Kite Festival - Unity

It was a windy and sunny day.., perfect day for a weekend picnic. Fortunately there was this Kite festival with a lot of other entertainment activities happening in Denton, TX. When we went there the most interesting part that attracted me was, the event was organized by Pakisthani students association with the main sponsors as Indians. I was thrilled and felt so happy, about this. In the borders and all over the world more than the government many people started thinking that India and Pakisthan are enemies all the time out of humanity and now incidents like these prove that out of politics there are also chances of pure friendship to bloom among the people of 2 rivalry countries.,

Even here there were cricket matches and other various events going on in order to entertain the general public, but these events were completely organized and maintained by the Pakisthani students with the complete help of Indian students. Let the wars, rivalries and objections stop and we shall be the beginners to plant roses in the place of fences.

International Student

My class is full of International students from various countries. Around 31 countries and 56 students. Every day i get to learn something form them. The culture is being shared between us in many occassions. I tasted Ukraine food in my friends place which is a traditional soup. I learnt how to eat japenese food and their way of behaving with the elders. The respect that isreal, iraq and gorden give to women. Mexican way of joy and the German ideas in our field.

Being a lawyer in a different country and persuing masters in Law based on other countries law is not that easy untill or unless you have any transactional dealing with that foreign country.
Basic laws are different from propety to contract. The way the briefs are drafted and the jury, judges behaviors are interesting, thrilling and at the same time it also make me scared little bit about this new exposure. But in these many days I was able to cultivate a lot than I expected. The jury system is new to me. My country don't have juror's. But I think that it is good in some aspects to make the citizens decide on the case because they get to know the details of the cases and take the privilage of being the deciding factors. My school and the things that they thought to me was numerous. Wonderful professors with enoromous patience really make me wonder. All the major scholors here are from great schools and trying to make my school a better place.

I still have more pages to share with you all and my self as well..,
